Dominika’s clinical practice is compassionate, empathic and respectful. She is passionate about helping people to promote their self-understanding and to improve their mental health well-being.
Dominika is experienced in providing individual and couples-based psychological interventions to clients with mental health difficulties across a range of settings, including private practice, hospitals, and outpatient services. She has been helping clients of all ages, mostly between 18-70 years of age, and from different backgrounds.
Dominika has also worked as a researcher and lecturer at Griffith University and frequently presents at Psychology conferences and workshops. Her research focuses on innovative behavioural and cognitive interventions in the treatment of anxiety disorders and in particular, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She is also a published author in anxiety and OCD research and served as a Chair on the Gold Coast branch of Australian Psychological Society (APS).
